You can submit a claim by filling in the form below form, attaching all the relevant documents listed on your claim form and then clicking on the submit button below.

In the unfortunate event of a death/disability or If you are welcoming a newborn, the claims process shouldn’t be complicated.

Our simple claims process will take care of your policy payout quickly and efficiently for all valid claims. To speed up the process, please ensure you have the relevant documents when submitting a claim. The required documents are listed on our claim forms.

Please note that death or disability claims must be submitted within 6 months from the date of the incident and Maternity claims must be submitted within 4 months from the child’s date of birth.

The turnaround time for Valid claims will be paid within 48 hours provided all documents are received and all requirements are met.
